High-risk License - Rules for Purchase

There are three rules needed to be fulfilled if you want to purchase a High-risk License:

1. Minimum of 50 Licenses (5000 USD) - There is a minimum purchase of 50 Licenses of High-risk (5000$ of the minimum purchase value). You can't buy one single License, the minimum amount of purchase is 50 Licenses.
2. Rule 2-1 ratio - In order to buy a High-risk License, you require a 2:1 ratio, that adds up TIER 1 and/or TIER 2 to buy a TIER 3 product. Example (You have 100 Low-risk Licenses and 50 Medium-risk licenses, total: 150 - You can buy 75 High-risk Licenses, or You have 200 Low-risk Licenses, 0 Medium-risk Licenses - You can buy 100 High-risk Licenses). The total amount of Licenses you can buy is always going to be half of the total Licenses you have in Low-risk and Medium-risk together.
3. Additional requirements: Mandatory to purchase High-risk License - You need to: accept Terms and conditions of the product and risk disclaimer; Explicative document about High-risk License and cryptocurrency risks; and pass the MiFID test.
